 Powers/Abilities/Special Stuff: One of the most powerful characters in the game. Has two familiars, Nago and Gii, to also fight for her. Has master the art of sorcery, can control wind and lightning. She can create portals and turn parts of her dress into weapons like forks, knives and swords wtf Rachel. Her heighted power comes from the Sankishin (idr what that is) known as Tsukuyomi which is able to block and nullify powerful blasts. She can also teleport herself and those around her. Her Drive is Silpheed which allows her to control wind to alter the flow of the battle including characters and projectiles. Her Overdrive is Elfried which just makes Silpheed come back faster. The ability Slave Red lets her take control of any being she desires. I just got to the end of her section and in the game I'm taking her from she loses much of her "overwhelming power" I'm assuming at the end of it welp.
